Enrollment Term

American Curriculum Partnerships, Top College USA & University of California-Santa Barbara (henceforth known as the “School”) admit students of any sex, race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, religion, handicap, and sexual orientation, national or ethnic origin in the administration of its education policies, scholarship programs and athletic and other school-administered programs.

 

This Course Enrollment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between the institution and you (the “Parent” or “you”), in connection with the enrollment of your child as a student in the “School”‘s online program. You represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of the student, or that you otherwise acting as the agent of the student’s parent or legal guardian and are fully authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the student’s parent or legal guardian.

 

Enrollment and Tuition Policy:
All tuition fees are due before a student is able to fully enroll and begin his or her online course(s). Upon the successful submission of tuition, students will participate in an orientation session in order to understand how to enroll in courses and how to access their courses. Only after tuition has been submitted and orientation completed will student be given access to their chosen courses.

 

Cancellation/Withdrawal Policy:

Self-paced Course
Cancellation/Withdrawal Policy:
If you cancel enrollment before starting your class(es), we will refund you 100% and remove your educational progress with Parties (only if you have not accrued any classes). If you cancel your enrollment up to 7 days after classes begin, you will receive a 90% refund. After the first week of enrollment, the student is no longer eligible for a tuition refund.

 

Live Instruction Course
Cancellation/Withdrawal Policy:
If you cancel an enrollment before starting your class(es), we will refund you 100% minus the nonrefundable $250 enrollment fee and remove your educational progress with the “School” (only if you have not accrued any classes). If you cancel your enrollment after starting your class(es), we will provide a pro-rated refund based on the number of classes taken minus the nonrefundable $250 enrollment fee.

 

Accurate Records:
The “School” is not responsible for damages or expenses due to inaccurate information provided by the student. Lost or damaged mail, wrong name, wrong date of birth, or invalid shipping address, may require a replacement fee for the cost of that item.

 

Computer Skills Notification
It is self-evident that you have basic computer skills and thus know how to use a computer. There are no refunds given based on your inability to navigate or not understand how to use a website or computer. This site is designed for the average user experience level.

 

Violation of Terms & Indemnity: If you violate the Terms, your permitted use is automatically terminated. You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the “School” from all loss, liability, damage, or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of your act(s) or omission(s), any breach of the Terms and/or any unauthorized use of this website.

 

Legal Proceedings: In the event either party brings any action for any relief, declaratory or otherwise, arising out of this website, our Terms, and/or on account of any breach or default hereof, the prevailing party shall be entitled to receive from the other party attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses.

 

Public Forum: Our website may utilize message boards, and/or news groups available to its users. Please remember that the information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information. You should not disclose your personal information when using these areas. In addition, any conduct or content that is illegal or inappropriate is strictly prohibited from the website. The views, content and opinions expressed in the public Forums do not necessarily represent the views and opinions of the “School”.

 

User Submissions & Student Behavior Policy: Generally, any communication posted on online courses is considered to be non-confidential. If particular web pages permit the submission of communications, that information will be treated by the “School” as confidential. By posting communications to the website, you automatically grant the “School” irrevocable nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display the communication alone or as part of other works in any form, media, or technology whether now known or hereafter developed and to sublicense such rights through multiple tiers of sub-licenses. The “School” reserves the right to expel users and prevent their further access to the website for violating the “School” ‘s Terms and Conditions, or Applicable Law and the right to remove communications that are abusive, illegal, or disruptive.
